30 days to change your mind

You may cancel your purchase without giving a reason within 30 days of receiving your order. This is longer than the 14-day withdrawal period required by European law.

Engraved and personalised jewellery

The law allows shops to exclude products made to your personal specifications, such as jewellery engraved with your own text, from the right of withdrawal. We don’t: you can return engraved and personalised pieces within 30 days too, on the same terms. This goes beyond your legal rights. Please check the spelling of your engraving before you order, because we engrave exactly what you type.

How to return

1. Let us know within 30 days of receipt that you want to cancel, by email to info@giosbazaar.com. You can use the model withdrawal form below, but you don't have to.
2. We will reply with the return address and instructions.
3. Send the item back within 14 days of telling us you want to cancel.

Please return the item unworn, undamaged and, where possible, in its original packaging. You may look at and try on the item as you would in a shop. If the item has been handled beyond what is needed to judge it (for example worn for a longer period or damaged), we may deduct the loss in value from your refund.

Return costs

The cost of sending the item back is paid by you, unless the item is faulty or not what you ordered.

Refund

We refund the full purchase price, including the standard delivery costs you paid, within 14 days of the day you told us you want to cancel. We may wait with the refund until we have received the item back or you have shown us proof that you have sent it, whichever comes first. We use the same payment method you used for your order, unless agreed otherwise. If you return only part of an order, we refund the price of the returned items.

Faulty or wrong item

If your item is faulty or not what you ordered, for example an engraving that differs from the text you entered, contact us. You are entitled to a free repair, replacement or refund under your statutory rights (see our Terms of Service, article 10). In that case we also pay the return costs.

Wrong ring size

Ordered the wrong ring size? Return the unworn ring within 30 days as described above and place a new order in the right size. Use the size finder on every ring page to avoid this.
