Returns Policy – Gio's Bazaar

At Gio's Bazaar, you have the right of withdrawal under European law. You can cancel your order up to 30 days after receipt without giving a reason.

Return Conditions:

You have a 30-day cooling-off period from the date of receipt.
After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return the product.
The product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns are not eligible for:

Personalized or hygiene products (e.g., opened toiletries, prayer garments without a seal).

Digital products or downloads.

info@giosbazaar.com (You will then receive instructions and a return address.)

Refund:

Within 14 days of receiving the returned product. You will receive the purchase price, including any original shipping costs (provided the entire order is returned).
